At Popmart Labubu Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not suit you, you have the right to return it in accordance with current legislation.
🗓️ Withdrawal period
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay penalties.
🚫 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Opened or unpacked blind boxes cannot be returned, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, for reasons of protection of the collection value and hygiene.
🔁 Return conditions
For the return to be accepted:
- The product must be unopened, unused and in perfect condition .
- The original packaging must be intact.
- The return must be made within 14 days of notification of the return .
Any item returned incomplete, damaged, or in a condition preventing its resale cannot be refunded.
📦 Return procedure
- Send an email to sales@popmartslabubu.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with the return address and the steps to follow.
- Return costs are your responsibility , except in the event of an error on our part (damaged product, non-compliant, etc.).
- Once the product has been received and checked, the refund will be made within 14 days via the original payment method.
💸 Refund
The refund only covers the price of the returned item(s).
The initial delivery costs are not refunded , unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
❗Defective product or order error
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a clear photo of the problem . We will offer you a solution: exchange, return or refund.
